because they are both skilled and qualified to make digital TV reception
installations. Digital TV reception requires higher skill levels to
both install and diagnose reception problems.
A registered installer will have these skills and has been assessed
to prove his competence in this field. Higher level installers will
also be qualifed to work on commercially complex systems.

to safely work at heights, carry a minimum of £2million public
liability insurance and have undergone a criminal record check within
the past 24 months.
